Dundee Stars have signed British forward Jordan Kelsall on a season-long loan from Nottingham Panthers.
The 19-year-old made his EIHL debut last season but saw his campaign cut short by a lower-body injury which limited him to just 13 appearances for the Panthers, including six Elite League games.
The Nottingham native did hit the ice for a further 40 games for the NIHL Swindon Wildcats as part of a two-way deal however, helping the Wiltshire side lift the NIHL Autumn Cup and NIHL National Cup.
Kelsall also picked up a bronze medal at the IIHF World Junior Championships (Division 2A) as a member of Team GB and has previously represented the national side at under 18 level as well.
“We are extremely excited to have Jordan join us for the season.” Stars General Manager Omar Pacha said.
“He is a player with good speed and some great offensive upside. He will add depth to our line-up that is much needed”.
“We are happy that we can work with him during the upcoming season to help Jordan in his development”.
