Week 14 in the Elite Ice Hockey League began this Tuesday, when Manchester hosted Nottingham in the first leg of their Challenge Cup Quarter-Final tie. The Panthers took a big 6-1 win in the Storm Shelter and will have a five-goal lead to play with when the sides meet back in Nottingham on 11 December.

Wednesday night’s three games brought 24 goals with FreeSports showing the clash between Dundee Stars and Belfast Giants that ended 6-4 to the hosts. Elsewhere Cardiff host Guildford in a game they won 4-3 in overtime, and Glasgow got a much-needed home win over Sheffield 5-2.

Then the weekend brings us nine games split across two days. On Saturday night it’s Guildford hosting Belfast, Dundee welcoming MK, Manchester having Nottingham at home for the second time in five days, and Fife on home ice against Coventry.

Sunday sees Belfast finally return to home league action as they entertain Cardiff in a key battle at the top, while also in the afternoon Glasgow and Manchester do battle. The evening sees Sheffield in Dundee, Nottingham making the short trip to Coventry, and MK at home to Fife.

Tickets for all of these games can be bought by finding more details on the Team Pages.
