Glasgow Clan 3-4 Manchester Storm

A goal with three seconds left was all Manchester Storm needed to steal two valuable road points in Glasgow, and make up for their home defeat to the Clan 24 hours earlier.

The hosts were never in front in the game, Evan Richardson opened the scoring after only 45 seconds to give the Storm the lead. While Brendan Connolly levelled things up at 28:07, the visitors needed only 23 seconds to regain their lead thanks to Ciaran Long. Connolly Struck again at 32:55 to bring the Clan back level, but just under 20 minutes later the Storm were ahead for the third time – Richardson again on target to give Manchester a 3-2 lead with 50:02 played.

Just a minute and 25 seconds later though Craig Peacock tied the game with the Clan’s third of the night, and overtime looked to be looming. However on a late powerplay Long found a way past Joel Rumpel to give the Storm the winner at 59:57.
