Netminder Patrick Killeen will be wearing purple next season, after Glasgow Clan confirmed they’ve signed the former MK Lightning goalie for the 2019/20 season.
The 29-year old arrived in the Elite League this season just gone, and saved over 90% of shots he faced on what would end to be the league’s lowest-ranked team.
“I am delighted to add Patrick to our line-up. He is a big goalie who moves really well, has proved many times he can steal games. He will give us a chance to win every night,” said Clan Head Coach Pete Russell. “He’s been a winner and has played at a very high level in North America and Europe. Patrick comes to us with great reviews not only a goalie but as a person. It’s a great first signing and a solid base to build our team around.”
