Carlo Finucci has signed with Fife Flyers for the 2019/20 season, his fourth in a row in Kirkcaldy.

Arriving in the UK in 2015 with Swindon in the then EPIHL, Finucci came to the Elite League a season later and has put up consistently good numbers for the Flyers over his three seasons – 154 in 165 EIHL games so far.

“It’s an absolute honour to be back for my fourth season with the club. There simply is no place else I would rather be,” said the Canadian of his return to Fife. “I’m excited to see the squad that (Todd Dutiaume) and (Jeff Hutchins) build throughout the offseason and I look forward to going to battle with them. I will pride myself on being a leader on this team as well as taking my game to another level.”

Head Coach Dutiaume added “Carlo has been an integral part of the team since he joined us back in 2016. He’s a hardworking, committed, skilled player that is respected by both the fans and his teammates, and it’s great to have him back for the 2019/20 season. It was important for me and (Jeff) to get a core group of guys back, and Carlo is one of those guys.”
