Fawcett returns for Storm

Manchester fan favourite Tyson Fawcett will be lining up in Storm colours once again, with him being the team's first confirmed import for the 2021 Elite Series.

The 27-year-old played in his first overseas season in 2019/20, and notched 14+12 in 49 league games for the Storm that campaign. Fawcett had spent the past five seasons in the ECHL, scoring 122 points in just shy of 300 games.

"Fawcett was the surprise of the season," remarked Head Coach Ryan Finnerty. "His game continued to improve throughout the season and I think he can excel into a dominant player in the league. We are very happy to have him back in Storm colours ahead of the Elite Series."
