The Nottingham Panthers announced the next addition to their Elite Series roster on Monday evening.
A 27-year-old American, May stands at six foot five inches and can play at either centre or on the wing.
After four years of university hockey at The American International College in Springfield, the Panthers’ latest recruit had 42 points in 51 games in a full season with the Greenville Swamp Rabbits in 2018/19, and then split 2019/20 between there and with Orlando for a total of 52 games and another 35 points.
Of his latest recruit, Director of Hockey Gui Doucet said: "He's a big forward that has been playing professionally in North America for a number of years. He's wanted to come to Europe for a while and I'm delighted that we could persuade him that Nottingham was a good place to start. It's good to have guys on the team that can play in a few different positions, which I think has hurt us in the past."
