With Massimo Carozza previously placed on Injured-reserve by the Nottingham Panthers, EIHL rules them to sign an additional short-term non-homegrown player for 21 days without using one of their official changes.
The Nottingham Panthers have added left-shot defenceman Aaron Thow to the 2021/22 roster. The 26-year-old joins the team from Slovak side HKM Zvolen where he played six games this season
Thow comes in with almost 100 games of ECHL experience under his belt, has also played in the AHL for the Utica Comets who he joined straight from college in 2019 after winning the NCAA championship with Clarkson University.
Carrozza is ineligible to play while on Injured-reserve. At the point he is able to ice again, the Panthers must decide to either deactivate Thow, or keep him by using one of their official changes.
