Guildford Flames came back from a goal down after two periods to score five goals in nine minutes and record a big home win over Nottingham.
Mark Matheson's shot from the blue-line had the Panthers ahead after 10:33, a lead they held for almost 20 minutes until TJ Foster finished at 33:08. Sam Herr netted 25 seconds before period two was over to put the Panthers back in front.
Calle Ackered's powerplay goal at 50:07 then was the start of a great spell for the hosts. Josh Waller put them ahead at 50:58, before Crooks stuck again with 2:35 to play. Empty net goals from Ian Watters and Erik Lindhagen gave the Flames a 6-2 win after five goals inside the last 10 minutes.
