Belfast and Fife meet at the SSE Arena tonight in a reverse fixture of their clash seven days ago in Kirkcaldy.
That night, the Giants bounced back from two defeats with a 3-0 shutout of the Flyers, before going on to blank Glasgow in their own building as well. Belfast have not conceded a goal in almost 126 minutes.
Those pair of road wins kept the Giants fourth but hot on the heels of Cardiff - on points percentage, the Giants actually sit second overall. Forward Scott Conway has picked up at least a point in his last six games.
Fife lost both of their home games last weekend in a disappointing home double, defeats which have left them just one point above ninth-placed Glasgow but having played six games more.
The league's leading point scorer, Michael McNicholas, saw his streak end in the shutout by the Giants but hit back with two goals against Nottingham the following night to move on to 9+11 in 15 league starts.
