Manchester Storm made it a four-point weekend with an emphatic 6-1 home win over the Glasgow Clan.
Adam Brady fired towards the top corner of Shane Starrett's net with 13:59 just 17 seconds into a powerplay, with the goal being credited to Jared Vanwormer for the tip in front. Storm's one-goal lead after the first period was doubled 3:10 into the second when Scott Simmonds poked home from close range, before Vanwormer got to the rebound from Ben Wilson's shot to make it three at 25:09.
Things got better for Storm thanks to Adam Brady's nice shot from the slot at 31:19, while Joe Hazeldine made it five some four minutes later. That goal was Starrett's cue to leave and be replaced by Jordan McLaughlin.
Nolan LaPorte got Clan on the board at 44:13, with Frankie Melton finishing the scoring at 56:09 which gave Storm their first four-point weekend since mid-November.
