Glasgow Clan vs. Sheffield Steelers (Webcast)
League leaders Sheffield make their first trip of the season to Glasgow as both sides look to make it a perfect weekend.

Hosts Clan were overtime winners in Nottingham live on Premier Sports on Saturday night thanks to Braylon Shmyr netting the overtime winner on his debut. That win sent Clan into fifth and just four points off moving a place higher having played some three games fewer.

Sheffield came through a nine-goal thriller against Dundee with a regulation win to extend their winning run to four game - a streak that started with an overtime win over the Clan on 26 January.

The sides have met twice so far this season, with the Steelers taking a 3-2 win in both games, one in 60 minutes and the other in OT.

Nottingham Panthers vs. Fife Flyers (Webcast)
Fife head into Nottingham looking for a repeat of their first visit to the Motorpoint Arena this season.

At the end of November, the Flyers beat Guildford at home and then headed south to face the Panthers to make it a four-point weekend and now find themselves in a similar situation. Their home win against the Flames on Saturday night ended a run of 12 straight losses, and was their first home victory since that Guildford win on 27 November.

For Nottingham, they face Scottish opposition at home for the second consecutive night. The Panthers earned a point at  in an OT loss to Glasgow yesterday - Mark Matheson's team have now picked up three out of four after previously being winless in five. The Panthers would really have to go some in the latter half of the season to crack the top three, but need to be very mindful about the teams below them getting ever closer.
