Dundee Stars, Guildford Flames and Manchester Storm head into Sunday evening's games looking for their first win of the week, while Coventry could make it two from two.

Dundee head back home hoping for a repeat performance against Guildford at the Dundee Ice arena.

The last time the Flames were on Tayside they were thrashed 7-0 by the Stars, in which has become a bit of a 'Scottish problem' for the Flames this season. Guildford's defeat yesterday in Fife means they've now lost four of six games north of the border in the current season.

Dundee have picked up at least a point in their last three home games and have nine points from six games on their own ice since coming out of COVID-19 protocol in mid-January. The Stars were narrowly beaten in Sheffield last night in a game where they perhaps deserved at least a point, and sit two points outside the playoff places having played three games less than Manchester.

Coventry return to home ice looking for maximum points form this weekend.

The Blaze pulled off an excellent 4-1 win in Manchester yesterday, made all the better by losing starting netminder to COVID-19 protocol on game day. Jordan Hedley is again expected to start and is looking to make it back to back wins in consecutive starts.

After a pair of wins, Manchester's loss at home to the Blaze leaves them in a difficult position. Storm have played more games than all of the teams around them and only have a two-point cushion above the playoff trapdoor. They were beaten 8-3 on their only visit to Coventry this season.
