Tonight: Flyers enter last 10 games in Guildford

Fife Flyers have just 10 games to try and make up the seven point gap between them and a playoff place, and those final games start tonight in Guildford against the Flames who occupy that eighth place.
Todd Dutiaume's side have little option but to win tonight, in regulation, to keep their post-season dreams alive. Defeat would leave them nine behind with as many games to play. The Flyers came out of a weekend against the teams placed second and third with a win which helped keep them just about in touch, but tonight's fixture is a real 'four-pointer'.
For Paul Dixon and the Flames, this is one of their games in hand on Manchester who are only two points below but have played a pair of matches more. The Flames' recent form has seen them slip down the table into the final playoff position, and given that they play the Storm home and away on the final weekend of the season they'll ideally want to have things wrapped up than get pulled any closer back. They'll head to Glasgow in two days before return to face Dundee on Saturday - all teams in the playoff mix.
The sides have a win each at the Spectrum against each other this season, the Flames by 6-1 and Flyers by 5-1.
