Richardson plays 1,000th EIHL game

On Sunday night, Mark Richardson became only the third player in the history of the Elite Ice Hockey League to reach 1,000 games played.
He was honoured prior to Cardiff Devils' game in Dundee with a bottle of whisky and a quaich in a pre-game ceremony to mark the landmark achievement. Here what he had to say in the interview above.
Jonathan Phillips and Matthew Myers are the only other two players to have broken the 1,000-game mark in EIHL history.
