Warm-up regulations amended

Teams agree on change at board meeting

Following this week's board meeting, Elite League teams agreed to amend roster regulations during warm-up.

Teams are now permitted to include an additional import (i.e. 15th) or 23rd player on the ice for warmup, who is clearly marked as such on the team's line-up submission. The player must not be included in the Starting 6 or on Lines for the game. 

Coaches may substitute in this player and scratch another up to five minutes after warm-up; if they do not, the player will be removed from the game roster.
