'Twas the last gameday before Christmas, and six league points are on offer as teams hope to head into the busy period with a win behind them.
Belfast Giants host Fife Flyers at 4pm in a reverse of Saturday night's fixture. That game was won 6-1 by the Giants, and with Cardiff Devils in Cup action tonight they could cut the gap at the top of the table to just two points with a game still in hand.

In Dundee, the Stars host Glasgow Clan less than 24 hours after going down 3-2 at Braehead Arena. That loss extended Dundee's losing run to eight games, with the Stars not having tasted victory since 24 November. Clan, on the other hand, have won six straight.

Guildford Flames return to home ice having let a two-goal lead slip in Nottingham hosting a Coventry Blaze side that went down 5-1 at home to Manchester Storm on Saturday. Both teams have lost their last two games as they look to keep pace inside the top six, where only two points separate third from sixth.
