2025 Pride Jerseys revealed
Jerseys were designed by an EIHL fan
We're proud to present out Pride Jerseys for game officials for 2025.
The jerseys, which carry Switchboard on both the front and the back, were designed by Kirsty Furniss from the midlands.
"I knew from the get-go that I wanted to create a design that showed the importance of inclusivity and celebrated the diversity within the hockey world," Kirsty explained: "The goal was to incorporate all of the colours from the progress flag into a visually appealing yet simple jersey design, ensuring that each colour could still be recognised as a significant part of the flag."
Kirsty continued: "Pride designs don’t need to be overpowering because the goal is not to create division or highlight individuals in a way that makes them feel separate, but rather to include those individuals. In the context of my design, it supports the idea that the LGBTQ+ community are just as much a part of the hockey community as anyone else. By using integrated designs, I was are able to express solidarity and inclusivity, allowing everyone to fit in comfortably.
"The jersey design features all the colours of the progress flag, integrated into the regular officials jersey design that honours the LGBTQ+ community, team spirit and inclusivity without being overly exaggerated."
