Clan vs. Flyers postponed

Game 155 postponed

Glasgow Clan have announced their Game 155 vs. Fife Flyers on Friday 24 January has been postponed due to red weather warnings issued by the Met Office.

A club statement read:

The Glasgow Clan regret to announce that Friday’s (24th January) EIHL home game vs the Fife Flyers has been postponed due to a rare red weather warning issued by the Met Office.

This decision has not been made lightly, but the safety of our fans, players and staff is our absolute priority.

The red weather warning, which highlights a risk to life and the potential for significant disruption, makes it unsafe for fans to travel to Braehead Arena. We know how much our loyal supporters were looking forward to this game, but ensuring everyone’s safety must come first.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE FIXTURE NOW?
The fixture will now be played on Wednesday 5th February 2025 at Braehead Arena (7:30pm face-off). As the game was also our annual Pride Night, this too will also now take place on Wednesday 5th February.
