Flames release Braes

Guildford Flames have released forward Cam Braes.

The 29-year-old joined the Flames last summer but has only managed 14 points in 43 games this season across all competitions.

“It’s always a tough day when you have to let someone go, but it hasn’t worked out for us or for Cam this season the way both sides might have hoped.  It’s better for us to do this now when there is still some time to hook on with another club here or abroad if that is his desire for the rest of the term," explained Head Coach Paul Dixon. "We wish Cam all the best in his next chapter.”
