Coventry Blaze extended their excellent recent form and maintained their record as the league's best top over the last 20 games with a shutout win in Glasgow.
Coventry took a stranglehold on this game in the opening period with two goals in a minute and 20 seconds. Evan Bloodoff got the opener when he snipped past Patrick Killeen from the top of the faceoff circle at 14:48. Luke Ferrara doubled the lead at 16:07 with a back post tap in.
That was as far as the scoring went with the Clan unable to find a way past CJ Motte in the next 40 minutes either - he ended the game with 34 saves. Coventry remain in the top five and still have an outside shot at the league title, while Glasgow have slipped to eighth.
