Mike Hicks on Stars' Friday Night Live

The Elite League's Head of Hockey Operations, Mike Hicks, was a guest on this week's Friday Night Live show hosted by the Dundee Stars.

During the interview, he spoke at length about the processes going on behind the scenes preparing for the 2020/21 season before it was eventually suspended: how the EIHL engages with different government agencies to make sure any return to play was Covid Secure, how each of the 10 teams has been in almost constant contact over the summer, and why the decision to suspend was taken.
