Tonight: Winners go through in cup clash

It's not quite winner takes all when Nottingham Panthers host Manchester Storm from 4pm this Sunday, but whoever wins their Viaplay Challenge Cup clash will book their place in the next round.
While group winners are automatically seeded 1-3 for the Quarter-Finals, places 4-8 are decided according to the points percentage of the remaining seven teams. Glasgow Clan have already been eliminated, but three teams are still left fighting for the other two places.
A regulation loss for either team would see them knocked out. That's because even if Guildford Flames lost both of their remaining games in Group B, they'd have the tiebreaker over Panthers (regulation wins) and Storm (total wins) in either case. If today's game is decided in overtime or a shootout, the losing team will be reyling on results form the other group to get them through.
The previous meeting between the teams in Nottingham this season ended with a 4-1 win for the Panthers.
