It's all set for drama on Saturday night in the Viaplay Elite League with top-of-the-table clashes, big road trips, and rivalry games.

League leaders Guildford Flames travel to second-placed Coventry Blaze for the sides' first league encounter of the season at 7pm. Each team has two home wins in the cup so far, but now they go in search of all-important league points. Guildford have not lost since their defeat to Sheffield on 30 October, but are winless at the Skydome this season. Coventry started their week with a 5-1 victory in Manchester on Friday night.

When the Giants last played at the SSE Arena they demolished Cardiff 9-3. Storm took an impressive 3-1 win in Nottingham on Sunday, but were beaten 5-1 at home to Coventry on Friday.

Third-placed Sheffield Steelers welcome fifth-placed Cardiff Devils to the Utilita Arena as both teams look to cut the gap on the teams above them - and lay down a marker ahead of their Challenge Cup Quarter-Final first leg on Wednesday. The sides have a road win each in the teams' meetings so far this season with the Steelers not having beaten the Devils at home since September 2021.

The Flyers picked up an impressive road win in Nottingham on Friday and face a Clan team that thrashed Dundee 6-1 in Glasgow last week before losing to the stars in Dundee 24 hours later.
