Cardiff Devils announced on Tuesday afternoon that they've strengthened their team with the arrival of forward Rory Herrman.
The 23-year-old is a former RPI player in the NCAA, the same school that former Devils Jake Morissette and Andrew Lord attended before turning pro. Devils’ Head Coach Brodie Dupont spoke about the signing: "He’s a young guy who is hungry to take the next step into pro hockey. He understands the role we are looking for. We are short on bodies, and we are looking to add players that can bring energy to our lineup. Rory fits that mold. He likes to hit, is reliable defensively and is excited for the opportunity to come to Cardiff.”
Elsewhere on Tuesday, Coventry Blaze confirmed that forward Radek Veselý had left the team for personal reasons.
