December might be behind us, but what a month of hockey it was - and we need to pick our top performer of the month.

Who's your Warrior of December? We've shortlisted four top guys and why we picked them:

Marcus Crawford: the top points-scoring defenseman in the entire EIHL, Crawford picked up 18 points in December over 10 league games with two goals and 16 assists. The 25-year-old is averaging over 24 minutes of ice time for the Devils per game so far this season.
Daniel Tedesco: With 18 goals and 28 assists overall, Tedesco is second in the EIHL for points so far this season. In December, he notched 17 points in eight league games and scored another two in a pair of cup games.
Brett Welychka: 28-year-old Welychka had 10 points in as many games for the Panthers in league action in December with another two points in the cup. He's put up 22 goals and 14 assists in 40 games so far this season.
Robert Dowd: The British forward picked up 18 points in 10 league games, scoring nine goals including a hat trick at home to Manchester on New Year's Eve.
