Giants blank Clan in Glasgow

Belfast Giants shut out Glasgow Clan at Braehead Arena to stay top of the Viaplay Elite League.

Scott Conway opened the scoring early in the game, by tapping in a cross-ice pass from Gabe Bast. He added to the Giants' lead 10 minutes later, scoring from a rebound from a Bast shot, while a mere five minutes later the Giants captain completed a natural hattrick inside 18 minutes to put his side three ahead.

The Giants added to their lead late in the third period, when Donovan Neuls sniped the puck past Ty Taylor to set the final score of 4-0 at 57:51.
