Nottingham Panthers ended a four-game losing run as they came out three-goal winners over Glasgow Clan in a 13-goal game at Braehead Arena.

In a seesaw game, Gabriel Chabot and Adam Brady traded early goals, and while Steven McParland put Clan ahead at 10:05, Mike Hammond (10:19) and David Levin (11:02) responded quickly to put the Panthers ahead - a lead they held into the first intermission.

McParland tied things 6:02 into period two, and Clan led again when Mitch Jones beat namesake Peyton to put Clan ahead 68 seconds later. Player-coach Stephen Dixon put Clan 5-4 ahead after Stephen Anderson had levelled the scores, but the period ended all square at five each through Jakub Izacky. Goals 4:18 apart from Kelly Summers and Lein gave the Panthers a two-goal cushion 8:16 into period three, with Izacky finding the empty net with 1:42 to secure the victory.
