Panthers add young forward Neilson

Nottingham Panthers confirmed on Friday evening the signing of 20-year-old forward Logan Neilson for the 2023/24 season.

The son of former Head Coach Corey, Logan played juniors in Nottingham at U15, U16 and U18 levels before heading to North America. Last season he split his time between the AJHL's Old Grizzlys and the Corpus Christie Ice Rays of the NAHL.

"Logan has a great shot and is good around the net, as well as being strong on the boards," explained Head Coach Jonathan Paredes. "He's a player that we feel that can develop within the group and add value in the line-up with his size. 

"His love for the game and work ethic is something that really is exciting and we are looking forward to working with him."
