Guildford Flames have confirmed the return of two more players that helped them to a franchise-high second-place finish in the Elite League last season.
Defenseman Jordan Klimek, and forward Peter Crinella, both enjoyed impressive debut seasons with the Flames and have earned new deals with the Surrey-based team.
"Both of these guys obviously were impactful players during our successful run last season," began Head Coach Paul Dixon.
Klimek scored seven goals and notched 28 assists from the blue line in 2022/23. "Jordan is mobile and moves the puck which what we want from our Defenceman. He also probably chipped in a bit more offensively than we might have expected so he really put in a good season for us” said Dixon.
Crinella scored 27 goals and added 37 assists in 67 games but was only fourth in team points on an offensively-gifted Flames roster.
"Peter was one of our top goal scorers. When we signed him, we sort of expected that based on his playing background and he certainly delivered on our expectations," added Dixon. “Peter and Jordan both really earned an invite back and we are pleased they both wanted to continue what they helped start.”
