Saturday: Crunch cup meetings in Cardiff and Sheffield

Challenge Cup points are on the line in two fixtures on Saturday night.
Cardiff Devils host Coventry Blaze at the Vindico Arena just a few weeks after the Devils were 5-0 winners over the Blaze in their previous meeting. The Devils lead Group B by four points over the Blaze and Guildford - if they win in regulation tonight, they'll be confirmed as group winners.

In Sheffield, the Steelers are looking to continue their unbeaten cup run and will have all-but won Group C if they can get a victory here. The Panthers badly need to improve their points percentage of 25% if they want to make it into the next round, and are looking for their first win over the Steelers this season, and first in Sheffield since November 2021.
