Fife Flyers recorded a four-point weekend over Coventry with a 4-3 victory over the Blaze on Sunday in Kirkcaldy.
Fife, who put on a late show to take Saturday's meeting between the teams in overtime, were ahead early back on home ice. Colin Shirley put them ahead 69 seconds in converting off Teemu Pulkkinen's excellent pass across the slot. David Clements levelled for the Blaze at 5:58 but the Flyers were ahead at the break thanks to Lucas Chiodo finding the puck in close at 12:40.
9:03 into period two, Kobe Roth scored a contender for goal of the season with a Michigan to a stunned, yet appreciative, Fife Ice Arena. Johan Eriksson put the home side back ahead 3:14 before the second intermission in close, a goal that the Blaze unsuccessfully challenged for goalie interference.
Coventry tied the game for a third time with 3:11 to play as Alessio Luciani's shot went off Owen and into the net, but again they couldn't stay level for long. 18 seconds later, Kyle Osterberg fired the Flyers back into the lead from the far post - one that they wouldn't give up.
