Saturday: Devils and Flames complete cup Group B

Cardiff Devils and Guildford Flames will complete the fixtures in Challenge Cup Group B on Saturday night in front of another expected sellout at the Vindico Arena.

The Devils' midweek win in Coventry didn't change anything in terms of them winning the group, but it does mean they can still potentially overtake Sheffield for seeding in the next round if they beat the Flames, and the Steelers lose to Manchester Storm. 

For Guildford, that defeat for the Blaze means they're now locked in to face Fife Flyers in the next round. The Scottish side will have home ice advantage in the event of a tie. The Flames bounced back from a disappointing weekend last time out by thrashing Glasgow 7-2 on Wednesday.

Cardiff are playing for a clean sweep of the Flames in the cup this season.
