Two Scottish teams are on the road in Elite League action in Week 13 of the 2023/24 season, visiting Cardiff and Sheffield respectively, while Belfast and Manchester do it again after meeting on Friday night.
Seventh-placed Dundee Stars are the guests of Cardiff Devils at the Vindico Arena. While the teams have met twice in Dundee this season, this is their first meeting in Wales where the hosts go into it second in the standings. At 25%, Dundee have the league's best powerplay behind only Glasgow, while the Devils boast the EIHL's second-best penalty kill. Both teams average over three goals per game so far this season, but the Stars' problem has been keeping them out at the other end - they give up an average of 3.7 goals per game. It will be the first trip back to Cardiff for former Devil Josh Brittain who joined Dundee in the summer.

Robert Dowd needs just three points to hit 700 in all Elite League competitions as he captains Sheffield Steelers into their next home fixture against Fife Flyers. The league leaders did lose to Guildford a week ago but picked up a point in a shootout loss before surviving a scare in Kirkcaldy and edging out the Flyers 4-3. For Fife, that result and a midweek Cup defeat in Guildford means it's now seven straight defeats, form which has seen them drop to the foot of the table.
