Russell fined for incident in Game 41

Devils Head Coach receives fine

The Elite League's Department of Player safety has fined Cardiff Devils Head Coach Pete Russell for an incident in the Game between the Devils and Panthers on 21st February 2024 and warned him about his future conduct.

Effective immediately, Cardiff Devils Head Coach Pete Russell is fined for his actions (Abuse of Officials) at 54:36.

The incident will be recorded on the team’s record for the remainder of the 2023/24 season, with Russell classified as a repeat offender and subject to further tariffs if future incidents occur.
