Loren Ulett scored four goals, including the winner with 17 seconds to go, as Manchester Storm came from behind to beat Fife Flyers 6-5 in Kirkcaldy.

Ulett got the game's first and last goals, opening the scoring with a well-taken goal at 8:37.

Fife came back with two goals in the opening period to lead 2-1 through 20 minutes. Maxim Musorov one-timed Artur Gatiyatov's feed to tie the game at 10:20, followed by Johnny Curran following up a Michael Cichy effort to put the hosts ahead at 18:12.

Curran stole the puck in the offensive zone and set up Nikolai Shulga for the Flyers' third 7:11 into period two, but Jake Durflinger hit straight back for the Storm just over two minutes later.

It became 4-2 just past the 30-minute mark when Lucas Chiodo's pass found Phelix Martineau coming off the bench for a one-time finish, but again Storm hit back almost instantly - Ulett capitalising on a defensive mix-up at 31:05 to keep Storm just one behind at 4-3.

68 seconds into period three, a poor clearance and fortunate bounce saw the puck break to Lucas Chiodo in the slot who made no mistake beating Evan Weninger to put the Flyers 5-3 ahead. Ulett brought the score back to 5-4 when he finished off a tic-tac-toe play involving Durflinger and Grant Herbert at 43:44, while Alexis D'Aoust levelled things with 5:14 to go on a shot that slipped through Shane Owen.

Durflinger, who ended the night with four points himself, fed Ulett across the slot to one-time home the winner with 17 seconds left to give Storm the win.
