Jackson Whistle logged a 19-shot shutout as Belfast Giants continued their unbeaten start to the season with a five-goal win over Dundee Stars.
The Giants took total control of the game in the opening period, putting three goals past Jarrett Fiske without reply from the home side. Kyle Osterberg reacted quickest to a rebound from a Mike Lee throw on net to put Belfast ahead with just over five minutes played, while 10 minutes later Scott Conway wristed home in the slot on the powerplay.
JJ Piccinich rounded off an excellent first period for the Giants with their third at 17:28 in a period where the Stars only had four shots on Jackson Whistle.
The Giants goalie pulled off a wonderful save low as Zach Tsekos looked almost certain to score at the far post, and when Conway cut inside to score again from the slot at 32:01 the Giants moved further ahead.
Jordan Kawaguchi scored the only goal of the final period with 1:51 to play to cap off an excellent road win for the Giants.
