It's a 10-game serving across Week 8 in the Elite Ice Hockey League 2024/25 season.

Sheffield Steelers are on the ice for their third straight midweek fixture. After games in the Champions Hockey League the previous two weeks, the Steelers will host Dundee Stars in the League. The Stars have won three of their last four games, including two on the road with victories in both Guildford and Nottingham. In Week 7 they scored 12 goals while only conceding five.

There are no Friday night games this week for the first time this season, but there is a full schedule of action on Saturday.  The day's action starts at 6pm in Guildford where the Flames take on Belfast Giants for the first time this season. From 7pm Dundee are back on home ice to face a Panthers team they beat in Nottingham the week before, while Manchester host Coventry Blaze. In the Cup, Glasgow and Fife meet in Braehead, while Sheffield and Cardiff have their first meeting of the season.

Sunday's games begin at 4pm where Nottingham host Manchester in the Cup. Just over an hour later, Fife host Dundee as games in Group B near their conclusion. League action at 5.15pm in Coventry sees the Blaze face Belfast, the team they beat on the road in Week 7, while Guildford end their Cup campaign in Cardiff from 6pm.
